share, i.e. at a discount of Rs 14.55 (1.85% of the floor price) per equity share, aggregating up to Rs 1,000 crore, pursuant to the Issue.
Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 41,12,29,576 consisting of 20,56,14,788 equity shares. |
