| Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 40,960 equity shares under ESOS on 30 October 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 25,99,40,50,160 (i.e. 2,59,94,05,016 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each) Rs 25,99,44,59,760 (i.e. 2,59,94,45,976 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each). |
